HiIt could be that it has accidentally been put into test mode.

To run the test mode you hold in the long thin black button just under the display. Once the sequence starts let go of the button and it will cycle through the different lights and then they will all go out. That's when the test mode has finished.

The base should now stop beeping.

If this does not work it will need to be sent in for inspection.

Hello In some countries Maxi-Cosi do have service centres where inspection & repair is possible. You should contact your local Maxi-Cosi office (Facebook or via Maxi-Cosi website, "Contact Us" option) They will be able to advise you.

Hi Maxi-Cosi do not produce the adapters for the carseat to be used with Mamas & Papas chassis. Adapters would be designed, tested, approved and sold from Mamas & Papas. If the adapters do not fit the carseat they need to investigate this for you. The CabrioFix carseat is only one model and regardless of date of manufacture all Maxi-Cosi adapters for CabrioFix are the same. (For using Maxi-Cosi carseat on Maxi-Cosi pushchair chassis)

What model? Did you take it apart to clean it? If so, look towards the back of the owners' manual for instructions. Hi To determine whether the carseat is a suitable fit you should take the vehicle to an authorised Maxi-Cosi retailer and ask for a carseat fitter trained member of staff to provide a physical fitting prior to purchase.

Hi The seat must not be used with a broken carry handle. The carry handle provides vital protection to the child in the event of an impact. Hi Manufacturing date is found on the orange and white label on the carseat shell / underside of the carseat base if applicable. The attached image shows how to read the information found on this sticker.

Make sure your son does not exceed the weight limits for the forward facing harness. Do not put your child in the harness wearing bulky clothing, but use a blanket or poncho in the car instead of a snowsuit or winter coat.

Hi Stuart The carseat harness can be replaced, but due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted we cannot supply the harness as a spare part for you to fit yourself. The seat will need to come in for our engineers to provide replacement of the harness.

Hi Tanja, If the seat is installed tightly, try pressing down on the seat as you push the red release button. Hold the button as you pull the Isofix attachment away from the lower bar.

Hi Move it forward before attempting to pull it up or move it down, it needs to be unlocked before it will move.
