The fault is the pump pressure is low and must be checked . make sure that in the first place there is no dirt that is clogging the filter in the pump that is causing the drop of pressure in the pump.

you need to check the water solenoid valve. if you follow the water line coming into the dishwasher you will find the valve(first spot in the water line with two wires coming from it) if you pull the wires off you should see 110 v when it is trying to fill with water if you do then test the valve for continuity.

No you did good in ordering a latch ,that is a common issue i find with the bosch d/w, for no apparent reason the latch locks itself with the door open. Look at the door where the male part of the latch goes into the door, you will see that is locked. if you take it apart and manually unlock the latch u stand to break it. The slides require replacing.The functions part on the rear of either the right or left side has failed causing your drawer not to close. It cannot lock so the spring pushes it out. The part on the rear that locks it in, and ejects it out some how gets damaged. Need a T 20 star/torque bit to replace. The part number for the slides is 12024638. You can pull out the drawer but be careful of the rail that will stick out. Don't let the drawer land on your feet.
