Bosch 36 Inch Pyramid Chimney Hood - Black Questions & Answers
Bosch built in dishwasher -spray
The fault is the pump pressure is low and must be checked . make sure that in the first place there is no dirt that is clogging the filter in the pump that is causing the drop of pressure in the pump.
So remove the pump and do a good cleaning , use a reverse flushing to take out all dirt. Now make sure that the inlet to the pump is also clean.
Now reset and test the pressure. If the pressure is good then your top spray arm will will rotate and spray.
If not the pump is a suspect and must be checked for perfomance or a replacement is the other option.
Finally make sure that the voltage to the pump is in order.
Screen over chimney?
Screen is not the correct product to use to bird or squirrel proof the chimney. Your local hardware will have what is known as hardware cloth. It's actually a heavy wire mesh with 1/4" or 1/2" square pattern. you should be able to purchase it, by the foot, off a roll.

Dishwasher wont fill
Make sure the dishwasher is not stuck in some kind of error mode. Make sure the water valve is turned on. Take the bottom front service door off and locate the water valve on the front left bottom of the machine. Make sure there are wires connected to it. If it's still not working, pick up a cheap electrical multimeter. Set it to the resistance setting, and remove the wires from the water valve. Test the resistance across the water valve's terminals. If the resistance is very high, or infinity, the water valve needs to be replaced. If the water valve is ok, turn the dishwasher on and test the voltage across the wires that go to the water valve at a time in the cycle when you know the dishwasher's controller will be trying to let water in. It may be either ac or dc voltage, so try both settings on the meter if you don't get a reading. If no voltage is read across those wires, open up the dishwasher and find the circuit board that the water valve's wires connect to, and make sure they're connected to the board properly. If that still doesn't work, there's a problem with the dishwasher's control board. Look for a square or rectangular blue, gray, black, white box on the circuit board near where the wire plugs in. This is the mechanical switch that turns on the power to the water valve when the computer sends a signal that it wants water. This switch may be jammed up. Try tapping it firmly with screwdriver. If that doesn't work, you can desolder the power switch and solder on a new one. If that doesn't work, you'll need to replace the board or do some advanced work on it.
Bosch dishwasher model SMU4052UC/14, Won't fill
you need to check the water solenoid valve. if you follow the water line coming into the dishwasher you will find the valve(first spot in the water line with two wires coming from it) if you pull the wires off you should see 110 v when it is trying to fill with water if you do then test the valve for continuity.
Bosch dishwasher won't latch
No you did good in ordering a latch ,that is a common issue i find with the bosch d/w, for no apparent reason the latch locks itself with the door open. Look at the door where the male part of the latch goes into the door, you will see that is locked. if you take it apart and manually unlock the latch u stand to break it. Again you did good on ordering the latch.

Bosch HGI8054UC warming drawer won't close completely
The slides require replacing. The functions part on the rear of either the right or left side has failed causing your drawer not to close. It cannot lock so the spring pushes it out. The part on the rear that locks it in, and ejects it out some how gets damaged. Need a T 20 star/torque bit to replace. The part number for the slides is 12024638. You can pull out the drawer but be careful of the rail that will stick out. Don't let the drawer land on your feet. If you don't order the parts yourself and install this, you may call the Bosch service to do such for you --though you have noted the expense.
What are the dimensions of a Bosch WFF 2001 washing machine please
Most domestic washing machines are built to a standard size regardless of manufacturer. So if a standard machine was removed this machine should fit. The standard height is 85cm and the width is 60cm. The depth can vary depending on the drum size. A bigger capacity machine will stick out further from under the counter top.
Bosch gas range no lower ignitor for bake no upper ignitor for broil display is fine no type of error code no other issue any recommendations?
It sounds like there is an issue with the ignition system of your Bosch gas range. The fact that the display is fine, and no error codes are being displayed, suggests that the problem is with the ignition system itself.
- The first thing to check is the ignition switch, it could be faulty and not sending power to the ignition system.
- Check the wiring, it could be loose or corroded preventing power to reach the ignition system.
- The next thing to check would be the spark module, which controls the spark that lights the gas. If the spark module is malfunctioning, it will not send a spark to the ignition system.
- Lastly, the oven and broiler igniters may be faulty and need to be replaced.
It's important to note that working with gas appliances can be dangerous, if you're not comfortable troubleshooting, it's best to contact a professional for repairs or contact Bosch customer service for further assistance. Request for a senior technician or supervisor to take a look at it and provide a resolution.
Regenerate response
I have a Bosch HGI8056UC range that the stove in a bake mode it's not working. In broil mode working.
Near your Burner will likely be a metal heater that glows RED HOT next to the gas burner and when the heat is detected the gas is let go to light. A Safety and a way to light the gas. If you look it may glow slightly but needs to glow full bore to light. This is the most common failure. If you get a kit that has Wire Nuts be sure they are Ceramic Wire Nuts due to the heat or the plastic ones will melt off exposing the wires. Good Luck.
