I have the manual here for you, go to page 20 out of 24 in the PDF file and it shows the pinout information for the speakers. Most likely they are connected with twist style wire connectors, if so then disconnect the ones that are not working and check the wires. You may want to re-strip them and solder them together if you are able to, that is definitely the best way to connect them, those twist style connectors are not the best. Check all those wires there that are indicated by the manual pertaining to the speakers. If it still doesn't work, you will have to pull the speakers out of the doors on the car and check the connections at the back of the speakers, on the terminals. You may want to resolder the connections just to be sure.
If it is still not working it could be the speakers themselves are bad, or the output from the CD player is bad, both are just as likely unfortunately. The only way to tell would be to take the one speaker you know for sure is working around to all 4 locations in the car and attach the positive / negative connections to see if you can get sound. You don't need to solder them at that point, just touch them to the speaker terminals while the cd player is on and playing... an you should get some sound. If you don't then either the speaker line has a break in it somewhere along the way, or the output is bad from the back of the cd player. It is very unlikely that all three locations have speaker wire problems, if all three don't work it's pretty certain this cd player unit has problems.
Here is the manual I keep referring to:
