open front cover and close again.

I am guessing that you may have just replaced your toner cartridge. Remove the cartridge, switch the machine off and with the toner cartridge still out of the machine close the copiers front cover and turn the machine back on. This will reset the code and the machine should now ask you for the toner cartridge again. First of all give the cartridge a good shake and then refit it to the copier as normal. Hopefully your done, if not you may need to replace the cartridge and get a refund from your supplier as it may be faulty. Good luck Follow me on Twitter @CDOS_Service

H5-01 is caused by multiple jams at the exit. Try resetting via pressing clear, interupt, 0, interupt,14,1 start button.

It is the left top right button with an 90 degree arrow.

would have though not. un less it was just rammed in. but then the clips would have broken off at the same time

An F2-04 is the IC chip on the toner cartridge was blown by the machine because it was unable to replenish tone in the developer unit , replacing the toner would clear the error but if it is a symptom , and usually is , i would suggest to take it to a Sharp technician to have a look at it, because if the problem is deeper it would just blow the new toner`s IC and that would be a waste
