COMPRESSOR DON'T TURN ON

You'll need to check the breaker to the unit to make sure you have power. If so, then remove the cover where your electical wiring enters the unit. There is a contactor that should be humming if it is recieveing a call from the indoor unit. If not, check the wires going to the unit for any damage. If you find the contactor you can manually press it in to check to see if it runs, if so, then it is a problem in the control wiring. or the control board inside is not sending the voltage out. You'll need a volt meeter to test this.

I have a GE Btu 5000 and you can hear water inside

You're supposed to hear water inside it. That shows that it is removing the humidity from the air. If it is leaking into the room, tile the outermost end down about 1/2" lower than the inside end.

Water leaking from indoor unit against the wall.

It's probably the insulation around your refrigerant pipes. If it is too thin or missing in a section they will condensate.

Ramsond Split system - R55GW - will not cool or heat

That would be the way to go even thought the cost is high. If not you run the risk of compressor failure and the metering device may be clogged. I know the price is what has you over a barrel but, the cost to you in the near future will be 3 times as much.

Sorry I could not cure the problem over the internet
Also check around there may be someone who could do the job slightly cheaper.

Do i use 10-3 withground?

A normal 2phase 220 or 240 V unit usually requires
2 wires and a ground. If you know what a contactor
is you will notice that only two line voltage wires can
be inserted into it and the ground wire to the equipment ground.

If you have a 3phase unit you would need 3 wires and a ground. Usually on the back cover of the unit it will
show the wiring diagram

MY RAMSOND MINI SPLIT HIGH PRESSURE LINE IS FROZEN

The expansion valve or the capillar tubes are inside the condenser and the gas (freon) is already expanded right outside the condensing unit all the way to the evaporator and beacause the diferential of temperature between this copper line (which is not high pressure anymore) and the outdoor air , there's condensention that freezes up.

MY split ac is leaking water from the wall unit, it has been doin

Usually an AC unit builds up condensation. If you have a drain hoole or hose that is clogged up therefore not allowing the build up to drain off it will spill over the top of whatever housing the condensation goes into. If you can look for that issue first.

1990 Dolphin Motorhome Dometic AC problem

If your fan motor is slowing or stopping mid cycle it will cause the compressor to over pressurize. Many compressors have aan internal mechanism that will kick in with a loud whooshing noise, then the Thermal protector shuts the compressor off, cools then restarts. If this sounds familiar, you will need to replace your fan motor before you burn up your compressor...which to be honest may already be irreparbly damaged(sorry). Hoping 4 the best.

I am concerned the wiring diagram provided for a

Those terminals on a ductless split are reserved for the communication wires from the out door to indoor unit. L L N should be line 1, line 2, and neutral (ground) there should be a 1 2 3 N terminal block in the indoor unit also, those terminals would most likely be for the communication between the two units. Panasonic cs-pw9gke i need wiring diagram

Split A/C-Cold:

You need four wires(two #10 and two #12) to the outdoor unit, leaving you house, and three wires(#10) coming from the breaker to tye indoor unit inside your house.

Split A/C-Cold and Hot:

You need five wires(two #10 and three #12) to the outdoor unit, leaving your house, and thee wires(#10) coming from the breaker to your indoor unit inside your house.

This ypical arrangment(all of them use three wires fro the breaker), yet there are other units which may require 6-7 wires connected to the the outdoor unit depends on the added features to the unit.

How panasonic charging by superheat

Not exactly sure of the question. You can charge any aircon by touch alone, just by feeling the return or suction side tube temperature. But generally you could also work on a 60psi backpressure.
