Hi, If the heater goes off right away when you start it, please check the corresponding fuse within your fusebox. Also, checking for any warn wires would be good as well. I would also test other outlets verify that it's not your current power source that's the issue. Thank you.

I don’t believe the remote tstat accepts those functions to change the fan speed versus using the on board controls. Try to change the fan speed while using the on board controls and when you have that setup then go back and change it to remote tstat setting.

Green and Yellow are earths, so those aren't the issue. You need a service call. The most likely reason is that you have a refrigerant gas leak.

I would change the codes from remote to AC control. Someone else nearby may have one and getting the same issues when you adjust yours.

Both compressor and fan motor should have capacitor ratings on data plates.

Take it apart again and reassemble. Ensure all connections are good and wires not pinched.
