this is a English forum here ill do google translate for you.
my Spanish is horrible, got the necessary, word 1st.

I need the programs to flash the bios of my compaq deskpro ENU x86, the problem is that the machine is a PIII and I have installed the WINDOWS XP SP3,2009: and sometimes does not recognize very well the devices installed in my system. (what devices, wow)
do not read forums that lie and tell you BIOS fixes everything.

That is why I want to flash (BIOS), and also because I would like to combine the typical and not so nice COMPAQ out of the system input menu. Thanks for your help. This last part can not be understood. COMBINE?

No PC stated.
we cant help at all if you cant read the service tag
and post the full model number,
stop flashing BIOS, take that BIN file and park it in the attic.

most PC are killed by owners FLASHING BIOS, it's silly do to this.
completely wrong. (need the official HP page that says that, have it ask)
The PC ran great new with your BIOS,so....
tell me how BIOS magically got wrong" it did not. (for sure)"
unless last guy who owned it FLASHED it, sure.... endless home fixers flashing and killing good PCs ., endless needless PAIN
NO DEVICE bad stated not one time. so...

ok all the above is NOISE. due to....these facts...

Ok it's XP , and no pc stated
XP is a dead OS , 100% dead now for 3 long years. MS/HP both!
XP is a virus magnet,
XP fails to run all USB ports correctly and even fails DVD drives..
XP is wreck unless SP3 is installed . but still fails as ALL DO.
XP does not support new devices, (maybe nvidia cards ok)
if h3ll bent on using XP (why not upgrade to w7? why?)
then post what device fails , its full of device NAME ONE? please.

when a PC fails, write down things that do not work.
then tell the helper XYZ fails. and ask for help
tell OS running, XP sp3,
tell PC model next fully , like CQ50-12345u
see that is a fake , model i did but is COMPAQ like....CQ is one era made.

not upgrading you PC is a very bad idea. W7 is supported still
now the plug and play is dead in XP, oops. that means DEVICES fail. both old and new, can fail now. due to PnP is now DEAD.
PnP means plug and play.
a better idea?
why not go to (USA) Goodwill store. walk in and buy a W7 PC
look on case see COA sticker with words, W7
buy it and be happy.... we can help 10x better here too....
due to W7 is not DEAD.
some as cheap at $20 whole bucks too.

last, here is the COMPAQ line up. which one?

google translate that back to EN

LOL 512MB is mighty low for streaming movies. And a 36GB Hard Drive is low too. Have you checked to see how much space you have left on the hard drive? Click Start/My Computer and then Right Click on the Local Disk C Drive and select Properties. It will show you a Pie Chart of how much space you've used and how much is free. I bet your disk space is pretty low.

Look at the back of the computer. One side panel removes. (Access Panel) There are two Thumbscrews to loosen on the Access Panel, then the panel is lifted off, or brought straight out.

I am amazed though your PC is 3rd level pentium but woirks fine. However today you find something different from your normal use of your PC. Hqave you tried disk clean up or defrag? To do this go to start menu and go to accessories. scroll down to look for defrag to clean up files.
Second, you have perhaps installed files which became very congested to your 40GB HDD and very difficult for a little memory and a processor to move to its normal processing. If you would have an external storage of your files you can do that so that the PC can move fast since during its start up, processor and other hardware can function well.
Last, is to clean up cookies. to do this is to right click internet explorer then choose properties then clean up cookies.
Hope this can help you.

Yes. It's a Restoration Disk.
Just contact HP Support.

The disk is free. The shipping and handling is not.

In the USA the cost is $17 for a 5 to 7 day ship, $24 for a 2 to 3 day ship.
Call 1-800-474-6836
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Have the Product Number written down to give to the representative. They need to make sure they get you THE disk for YOUR computer.
They may also need the Serial Number.

This is located in the white Service Tag on the back of the computer.
P/N = Product Number
S/N = Serial Number

For contacting HP Support not in the USA, here are the contact numbers,

you should be able to create one off another pc. make should not matter but the OS should be the same. Have you tried holding down the F10 key while powering the system on? Sometimes this will put the PC into a reload software mode.

Press both tabs on the front plastic of the case, and pull in forwards. You can then lift the top off.

To replace, sit on, slightly forwards, and bang backwards with force.
