Check the OTA update for the your model and find out which firmware version do you have.

Are the memory cards of similar size to what you have used before? Some large capacity ones cannot be used. Have you used a memory card before in this device so you know it was working?

Hi I confirm that the following works

I would say
-- pressing calendar (1st) + Itask (last) buttons + reset button does a soft reset and fully disconnect the battery (you will a click sound
-- pressing calendar (1st) + mail (3rd) + power + a reset button does a full ghard reset. You will see Formatting PS... on the screen. This means every is back to factory defaults.

CF does not need a driver; check if your card is corrupted or perhaps some other device has formatted it.

right click on the speaker in the lower right of your screen. look in the master control for mic ... you may have to go in to options to add it. uncheck the mute box
