You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

Hi, if you need to reconfigure the phone press "mute"RESET# where the alphabets correspond to the digits button they appear against on phone. E.g. for R press 7... and so on ..... then the phone will ask reset values? press # to reset and reboot the phone. Then key in the correct IP address for phone .... call server IP address ... router .. files server .... VLAN ID etc ....

If all the settings are done correctly ... and if the phone gets the reach ability to the call server it will work fine...

if you are unsure of these settings.... go to the menu and network options of any working phone and get the correct values from there

Sorry you can not time a phone call on the 4434d+. I have been wanting to do that for a long time myself. I even called Lucent one time and they told me no it is not possible.

Sounds like the system is either bad, or has been defaulted. Call a professional, to troubleshoot and possibly repair.

Is this on an IP Office or A merlin legend magix? Need to know which voicemail you are using.

A 4424D set is a propriatary set which requires the Magix telephone system to be used.

If IP Office, just call another extension.

Which Lucent Phone system?
Legend/Magix or IP Office?

What ind of line? POTS or a DID off of the PRI?

Is this just your phone? The port could be bad or the phone lines coming in could be bad.

What kind os lines do you have? Regular POTS lines, or a T1/PRI?
If POTS, that will be expected and there isnt anything that can be done.

How are the phones plugged in? What cards are in the system? WHen you plug it in, what happens on the processor (the card the farthest to the left)?

If you are running that phone on a Merlin Magix, dial into the main number or your DID. Once you hear the greeting, press *7. Then it is just as if you are sitting at the phone.

If an IP Office, it mat be the same.

What are you trying to do, set up a mailbox, record an AA greeting? What voicemail is this?
