The extension is set to "Answer Only Mode" you need to change it to "Record Mode". Here is the link to make the change.

There isn't one automatically. You have to create one. Using the phone of the extension involved Press Feature 00. This will take you to the extension programming. Now find a lighted button with nothing programmed on it and press it. Then press Feature 01. This will program Do Not Disturb onto that button.

If the extension still works then the LCD display has gone out. Replace the phone. If the extension doesn't work then move the extension wiring to a different port on the system. This will tell you if the port has gone bad.

With the handset on the phone press teh volume up button, that is setting the ring volume. Is it possible that the ring volume is all the way down?

If it is part of a phone system, it needs to be done at station 10. The date and time is not done on a per phone basis. Changing it at station 10 will fix all phones.

The port might be bad that the curly cord pulgs into.

Changing the time on a Partner system must be done from extension # 10 or 11. 1. At station(Ext.10 or 11) press feature, 0, 0
2. Press the left intercom 2 times
3. Enter # 103
4. Enter the correct time in 24 hr. format, for example:
* to set the time for 09:00 A.M., enter 0900
* to set the time for 04:45 P.M., enter 1645
5. Press feature, 0, 0

Contact the phone company. They do not have the lines rolling over or "Hunting". The phone system does not have this kind of control.
