I do not believe it is an option to turn off the intercom. The only option I can see is to set up a Privacy button (Feature 07). You can turn this on and off as you need to. It would also help to know which Partner Release you are using.

Are these call from the outside? If so, it sounds like the Night Service is turned on. If not and these are extension calls then the Do Not Disturb is probably on.

Log into System Programming by pressing Feature 00 then left Intercom button twice. Then press #101 and enter date MM/DD/YY. Then press Feature 00 to exit and save.

To program a Caller ID Name Display button using remote administration on Partner ACS Release 3 or later systems:

1. In the Partner ACS R3 System window, select Extensions. The Extensions window appears.
2. Select the extension you want to program. The Individual Extension Parameters window appears for the selected extension.
3. Select the Button Programming button. The Button Programming window appears for the selected extension.
4. Optional - For new systems where no download is available: From the Phone Model box, select the arrow and choose Partner-34D, Partner-18D, Partner-18 Non-display, Partner/MLS-6 Non-display, MLC-6 Cordless, MLS-12 Non-display, MLS-12D, MLS-18D, or MLS-34D for this extension. The button layout for the type of phone you selected appears.
5. Select the button you want to program. The Partner Set Button Programming Information dialog box appears.
6. Select the Caller ID Name Display button.
7. When you are finished, select the OK button.
8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 to program other buttons for this extension.

The only way to restore the setting is through a Backup & Restore card plugged into the system. Also check the system batteries. This will keep power to system during an outage.

Changing the time on a Partner system must be done from extension # 10 or 11. 1. At station(Ext.10 or 11) press feature, 0, 0
2. Press the left intercom 2 times
3. Enter # 103
4. Enter the correct time in 24 hr. format, for example:
* to set the time for 09:00 A.M., enter 0900
* to set the time for 04:45 P.M., enter 1645
5. Press feature, 0, 0

You need to do Admin programming to tell the system to log the calls (#317 & #318)

Then you need to put a log button on a lighted button (Feature 23)

Press Feature 00 (zero, zero) from station 10 or 11. Press left intercom button twice, press #103, and then enter time in military format (24 hr). Press feature 00 again. This is all done with the handset down.

We need more information. Is the caller trying to leave a message? Are you sending someone in to check their messages?

To mute the microphone while on a speakerphone call press the mic/ hfai button above the speaker button. To turn the mic back on press the mic key again.

Without picking up the handset and from the phone connected to extension 10, press FEATURE the LIC (left intercom) twice and dial #101 Enter the date in MMDDYY format.

So you don't have to ask, the day of the week is #102 if needed (2.0 or earlier) with Sunday being 1, and the time is #103 in HHMM 24 hour format.

Press Feature 00 to exit programming.
