Want to install a second monitor
If you have a DVI port at the back of your tower, then you can use a DVI cable - or DVI to VGA adapter - to connect the second monitor.(I am assuming the monitors have VGA cables)If your PC has an hdmi output that should work too, but I am assuming the PC is too old for that. It'll all depend on whether your PC has a video card capable of driving 2 monitors. If it has neither DVI or HDMI then it is probably too old. And probably not worth buying a video card that will support two.

Which video card i can
You can fit any PCI Express X16 graphics card into your computer. The biggest issue that you may run into is power requirements. However, the majority of inexpensive graphics cards - ranging in prices under $80 - should be capable of gaming very well. If you're looking to go all out and make an investment in PC gaming, replacing the power supply will make the machine capable of using any video card. 1000 watt power supplies can be found online for around $100.

I have a five year old Sony VAIO VCG RB42G desk
If you are not able to get the disc tray to open itself, you can manually open it before starting the computer by pressing a paperclip into the tiny hole on the front. This manually releases the tray.
Then start it up, and try to enter the BIOS setup by pressing F2.
In the BIOS setup, make sure that the bootup priority is set to the CDROM drive.
Restart, and hope for the best! :)

Almost sounds like your wizard ended up coping everything to your new hard drive. And when you do this usually it causes the copied system to not boot. What you need to do is put your old hard drive in the system and make it the secondary drive and then get the new hard drive and make it the primary hard drive. When you do this you need to install Windows from your Operating System disc if you have one. Once you do this you can put all then needed data from your old hard drive onto then new one. Usually the one and only thing people need on the old hard drive is the documents and settings folder it will usually have everything you have ever saved to your computer unless you have things elsewhere like directly on the c drive instead of on the desktop or in your documents. If you need further assistance don't hesitate to reply.

It could be the PSU (power supply unit), one that has a fan working and where the power cord goes into. If that goes bad then the computer becomes dead as there is no power going to any of its systems. If there is any sign of life in the computer then you can try by removing the RAM and reinserting them. Or by unplugging the connector from the PSU to the mother board. But remember to plug it in in the same way that you remove it from. remember it by the color of the cables. If by mistake you turn the connector by 180 degrees then the mother board will get burnt.
