I have a Binatone Veva 1210 and I do not get to hear as the volume is very low and do not know how to make the volume loud. Can anybody assist

It needs to be re-registered to the base, if I knew which Binatone phone you had I could have advised. Either comment to supply the model name or call 0845 345 9677 (Binatone Helpline).
