My H500 headset works or not?
May mean it is fully charged. Try long pressing big button until steady blue. Then have phone search.
Is your experience charging via wall charger different?

Motorolla h500 no steady blue light
Starting with your headset turned off, press and hold the call button for some 6 to 10 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit (it will flash some times as if it was being turned on, but don't release the button at that phase). With the light steadily lit It is in pairing mode. Now make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the H500 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, the indicator light will flash rapidly, and then, it will enter the stand-by mode. Otherwise, turn your headset off, and go through the whole process again. By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from
this location.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out. Regards, Carlos

Here are the steps to put it into pairing mode. Also please make sure you click the YES button below my response here to indicate my answer was helpful. It would mean a great deal to me if you could do so. Thank you
1. With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you
hold the Call button.)
2. If the indicator light is flashing or does not
remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and
repeat step 1.

I cant hear them out
I would consult the user manual for how to do a reset on the device, once you know how to do that delete the pairing profile from the device in your phones bluetooth menu. Then if you have any phone but an Iphone (in which case power cycle it), remove the battery while it is powered on. When the phone boots back up reset the device as per instructions and it should automatically go into pair mode. Then go back to your bluetooth menu, re-search or re-pair. Enter the pin code 0000 if promted if that does not work do 1234. If the issue still persists reset the unit and test it on another model of phone to see if the issue carries across, that will allow you to isolate whether it is the device or the phone that is the problem. If the issue carries across to multiple phones then call Motorola to see if you are still under warranty, their number can be found on their website.
