Its nothing, due to the misalign of the head. open top cover. pull out paper. insert you finger through that open toward the head push the head downwards. Replace the paper and take printout.
When you are facing it. Open it and on the right hand side where Led lights located. Below it and inside are there is a dip switch cover that you should be able to remove. Hope this helps.
