How do i change the ink
The Epson TM-T88III is a thermal printer so it does not use ink, it prints on special thermal paper only. Be sure you have the correct paper in the unit. If it is correct and the printer still does not print then you have a problem with the print head and the printer will need to go in for service.
Clean auto cutter
If it is older than 2 years it is out of warranty. I could not find anything on how to clen the cutter. You may dowmload the user manual here or check with the service dept to possibly call them and ask them how or if it is even possible to clean them. You might have to replace to the T88V which is 50% faster than the one you have.

Poor print quality
HiTry printhead cleaning using soft wool.Blow the machine with a dry air blower.
Have installed the drivers for Epson TM-T88iiiP
make sure its getting power and the usb lead is securely seatedclick start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to ports(COM&LPT) + to expand you should see a communication port and Ecp printer port you might see a yellow? ! question exclamation mark or a red X this will mean you need to install a new driver for this device right click you will have options to update driver,disable,uninstall or select properties again you will have the similiar options also you can troubleshoot the device hope this helps you
