7 Para personalizar aún más su trabajo de exploración, haga clic en Ver más opciones de escaneo.
8 Cuando haya terminado de personalizar la imagen, haga clic en Escanear.
I cannot get the scanner to work.
Sometimes these scanners do come with hardware/software that needs to be installed if you find the serial number/product number on the machine you can find the manufactures software/hardware installations to reinstall the programs needed to use the scanner
I have a dell photo
The power adapter or the power board inside the printer is faulty, if you have a power cord that goes into the machine and it doesn't have a power adapter in the middle of the cord then the unit has a internal power board.
The internal powerboard could have failed, fried or a fuse might have blown, check for a blown fuse and or try replacing the power board in the unit and see if the machine starts up again.
I CAN FAX BUT I CANT RECIVE FAXES ON MY DELL PHOTO
Make sure Auto Answer is turned on or is currently within the scheduled
on period......
On the main screen in Fax mode, use the up and down Arrow buttons to
Auto Answer......
Using the left and right Arrow buttons...
Select......
to scroll...
choose Yes or Scheduled and press...
If you selected Scheduled, the Auto Answer Schedule screen
appears...Using the keypad, specify the time you want Auto Answer to be
turned on and be turned off
Trying to print on my aio 926 printer but wont
do you receive an error msg saying, printer communication not available?
if yes you can try these steps:
1.Check if the firewall is blocking any printer services
2.Check what port the printer is using (reenable the bi-directional support) and if it's on online mode
3.Disable all the firewalls
4.Uninstall the printer driver and software
5.Delete any items under the ff keys:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-2
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3

7.Delete any items under the ff keys:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet001\Control\Print\Printers
8.Completely remove drivers by doing the ff: (Option for comm failure because of the upgrade from xp to vista)
Ensure there are no documents in queue.
Disconnect printer’s USB cable.
Click
the Start pearl, then click All programs, Printers, Dell xxx (where
“xxx” is the printer model number) and then Uninstall. Complete the
uninstall utility.
From the start search box type spool and press .
The spool folder located at c:\windows\system32\spool opens.
Rename c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32X86 to c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\backup.
Rename c:\windows\system32\spool\prtprocs\W32X86 to c:\windows\system32\spool\prtprocs\backup.
9.Restart the computer.
10.Check th services status
Start-Run- Type Services.msc and Click on Open
You will see long list of services
You need to make sure following 4 Services are set to Automatically start
Remote Procedure Call RPC
Remote Procedure Call RPC Locater
LexBce Server
Print Spooler
11.Reinstall the latest printer driver

Every few lines of print there is a thin white
Go throught he maintenance menu and perform a Deep cleaning of the printer nozzles. This will use a lot of ink so use your current cartridge to do this. Once teh cleaning cycle is complete, replace teh cartridge and align the heads with the maintenance menu selction.
I have a Dell 964 printer. On powerup it aligns
uninstall the printer driver and re-install it to correct the problem.
Do u Hav the printers CD? use it if yes but if no go to
