Easy fix...

Start Button ---> Settings ---> Control Panel ---> Printers and Faxes ---> find your printer in the list, right-click and choose "Use Printer Online" Give it a few seconds and voila :) If it doesn't come online, check your connections, make sure the power is on (on the printer), or the wireless connection to your router. Install the scanning software which is bundled with the scanner and configure the scan button through that software.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "repeating old subjects", but that sounds like a printer queue issue. Try the following, and test printing after each step.

1. Reset the printer. (instructions here)
2. Print a self-test report. (here)
3. Clear the print queue (see here)

As far as the size of the print, you will need to adjust this setting in the application you are printing from...In other words, you have to change the size of the text in the original document.
If you're printing from an IE browser, check the File>page setup options and make sure your haven't checked shrink-to-fit. Otherwise, use the File>Print Preview command to monitor the size of text in the printed material. In the browser, zoom adjustment affects the printed output.
On the other hand in Word, etc, you'll need to Format the font size in the document to change the printed text to a larger size.
(The zoom level adjustment only affects your view of the document at hand).

First unplug the scanner and install the printer drivers from the hp website. If you all ready have the drivers installed reinstall them. Then go to the printers scan software and try it. If that fail go to start bar-control panel- cameras and scanners and set the printer up. If all else fails call hp directly and they will fix the problem.

Check if you have connected the ink cartriges correctly and have removed the tape from it. If it is still not printing from the system, get a test page printed from Printer.

you have to restart the printer or stop the print job using task manager.

hi iam kishan from india do one thing if u have a driver cd of your priner disconnect printer and go to control panel clik on add/remove program remove all driver oand sofftware of your printer and restart ypur pc and after restarting insert cd in install software of your printer do no connect printer untill computer want or connect after finnish i

the software was not completely installed, that's why. do a complete uninstallation first of the said program/software driver and then restart computer, then do a complete installation this time.

There is a dialog box behind the installation one asking whether you want to install the non signed driver, try moving the install window out of the way and you should see the other dialog box. otherwise when it hangs you can press ctrl alt del and go to task manager and find a process called wrapper.exe and end ig.

well you can probaly send it to your email then use your buddys computer because i ve never heard of that problem before thats all i know

Go to Start select Printers and Faxes is there a picture showing your printer is being recognised

If there is, is there a black tick against it

If not then right click on the picture and select Make Default, a black tick should then appear on the picture

Shut down PC re-start the go back into Printers & Faxes and make sure it is still the default printer

Try to print an image

Basically, you use the file drop down menu from the application you wish to print from, choose print, and set the print properties and ok to print and if your printer is turned on and installed properly, it should print.
