How to sync shire pg4 and pg58

What is happening to the switches, specifically? Our shop has fixed hundreds of T2s but rarely a switch problem. We'd guess they're getting gunked up. Send a photo to Delta Audio and we'll try to advise. Good luck.
My Shure T2 has a damaged + terminal for the
1) Pop off the switch actuators.
2) Remove the cartridge on top.
3) Remove the c-clip that holds the circuit board int the handle (this is where the cartridge used to be)
4) Slide out the circuit board.
Older style 58 wirless - dead - was intermittant
The upper assembly unscrews at the windscreen. Carefully - as there are shock mount parts and all matter of trouble hiding there. Guess you can't break it any worse. If you get it all together again, the more likely cause of being intermittent is the on/off switch.
Mic fell down it can switch on but no audio
Do these have the interchangeable heads?
Unscrew the head and check the raised pins, these often become dirty and the connection can become poor over time, especially with a knock.
Shure T2 SM58 intermittent transmit
Two screws on the back of the battery casing, then prise out the battery tray (it's a detachable moulded tray in the mic body) using a small screwdriver in the slot near the power button. Under the threads of the battery cover is screw which holds in the PCB, unscrew this.
Take the full mic head off (not just the ball, but an inch further down with the capsule in it), and remove the circlip inside.
The PCB then slides out towards the head end of the mic.

please attempt to factory reset your microphone. Also, some companies only allow certain accessories like a battery to be provided by them or special partner companies. So, please verify with your manufacturer that duracell batteries are allowed to be used within their products.
