Power On and Connect the printer to pc and try to update windows
it will take little time and your printer driver will show in optional or important update select that and install after install restart the pc the printer is ready to print

1. there is a sensor at the end of the printer which shows paper jam recovery. the sensor of your printer may be jammed. clear the jam and it will work. 2. if not, there may be a small piece of paper near the sensor of your printer. clear it.

Hi

This is a problem with the ink cartridge. Maybe your cartridge is bad and needs to be replaced. But because the carriage is not moving you can turn off the printer and try to move it with hand it should move now. Once out of place try to remove both the cartridges and turn on the printer. Now when it says error then open the cover and the carriage will move to center and you can install the cartridges back in the printer and try.

There is a switch at the bottom of the paper feeder. Check if the switch has been properly set. It will stop the blinking of the paper out.
