First you have to find out where the paper jam occurs. Check the Rollers and the clutches, then the sensor for the registration and finally the exit sensor. Clean or replace any defective part.

As I know you cannot enter in Service Mode like the MFPs. Only in the Service Settings in Adjust/Maintenance menu.

Try to clean the mirrors in the scanner unit.

Try to perform a FW upgrade.

Go to Adjust/Maintenance>Service Settings>Enable Repair Unit.

You need to replace the Fuser Unit. Unfortunately for this machine the reset Fixing is not available.

The toner is adding to the machine. Let it go for 10-15 minutes. after that it is ok, or the machines says "Replace Toner"

you most likely have a bad print job the way you can tell is to turn the machine off unhook network cable turn machine on if it comes ready then you have a job that's causing a problem delete the print queue if you don't know which job it is this should apply to most F... codes

Go into service mode and use simulation 130. it will supply toner for about 5 minutes

Check the checkbox in the setting for SMTP. You have to switch the SMTP on !!
