Go to Filehippo.com and download and istall K-Lite Codec Pack 5.90 (Full) it should beef up your windows media player to accommodate most codec's.

If that doesn't do the job, again from filehippo, download and install VLC Media Player.

Both programmes are freeware.

1.) Look at the large square retangular chip on around center of sound board
2.) write down the number (use magnifing glasss)
3.) google search drivers for "place number of chip in here"

streamci is a .dll file. You can directly download the dll file from the following website.

There are two options available on the website, 1. premium and the 2. is free. The premium is a paid one so avoid it. :)

Re-start your laptop, this should resolve the issue. If it does not work out then check in control panel whether the audio devices is enabled or not. If it shows as disabled then you will have to install the audio drivers again. You can instal them from teh website http://www.driverskit.com/freedownload/Sound_Card/Realtek/ALC650_ALC655_AC97_Audio_A3_52/15299.html
This will work for the Operating systems Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
