The collection box for waste toner. When making a copy or a print not all of the toner that is put on the drum gets used, during the cleaning stage of the process that very small amount of toner is removed and sent to the collection box. What is a cassette 1 failure in a Kyocera Printer?

Press Service menu button and press drop down button on the Touch panel..Select Service settings . Input login no.2500 and password 2500 using numeric keys.
then select reset cassette failure and click enter key. Then switch OFF the machine and then ON.
Then cassette error code issue will be resolved

Paper jam error

One of the Common error for (Papper Jam) in printer is Error 0x000003eb.

Error code 0x000003eb indicated printer connectivity or printer installation error. If you are trying to install a printer driver but keep getting Error 0x000003eb prompted, make sure you have logged in as the administrator of the computer and then try installing the driver.
