Try data recovering by approaching data recovering professionals if any important data is in the card. Try formattiing the memory card once and it will be ok.but be sure you have recovered all the complete set of pictures from the memory card.

It may be due to the data corruption of the memory card. If you have any valuable data in it try data recovering the lost data. Else try formatting the data on the memory card.

Try formating on your PC first to see if it is faulty. The pin contacts may be loose or dirty.
