Blow down the tubes on the pressure switch you should hear it click . Take the tubs off the pressure switch clean the connection inside with a small drill bit this may get it working again if not possible new pressure switch . Also check flame sensor is clean .
The Lo reading on the thermostat comes on when the temperature is below the range of the thermostat .the lowest readable temperature is 40f I believe. So anything below that the thermostat just reads Lo. This is normal for this brand of thermostat.

That is the first thing to check. You can trace voltage to and from hi limit switch, if power is there and power applied to heating element check element. Please e careful, electricity respects no one.
