A/c on house evacuate
if you are saying that your home ac unit is leaking refrisgerant and it is your central air system they have a dye that can be introduced into the system throught its refridgerant intake , if it is a small window unit the odds of fixing it inexpensively are minimal

The fan runs continuously, with thermostat set to
When was the last time you had the coils in the condenser cleaned. Dirty coils can insulate the refrigerant tubes, causing the fan to constantly run in order to try and cool down the refrigerant returning from the evaporator coils(a-coils) in supply ducting, But can.t because the condenser coils are insulated not allowing the heat to escape. I would try this first before replacing expensive parts. It is the small things that we overlook that is most likely the source

Furnace shuts off once the flame comes on.
You are having problems with your air/fuel mixture. It would be best to call a tech that knows how to work with propane. This type of problem is fairly common when using propane.

Rv air keeps frezzing up and unit wont kick off
He may not know that possibly the contactor needs to be cleaned or replaced. The points on a contactor get pitted and will fuse together. This sounds like your situation because you said it keeps freezing up, which lends toward the idea that the fan may not be staying on but the compressor is. The compressor has a distinctively low toned sound from the fan noise, If what I'm suggesting is true then you need a contactor not a thermostat. good luck

Where can I purchase the filters for model#C3QA-042U
This looks like package type unit. your filters should be located inside the home where ever the air return is. You can find most any size filter at any home improvement store or locate a Baker Distrib. company branch and buy by the case. Steve

No cold air blowing out just warm air
tray washing the condenser side (out side ) whit a water hose and changing your home air filter
especially your condenser "(the part than looks like a radiator)"
if is real dirty it can't bread and cool down
the refrigerant causing a the refrigerant pressure to rice to unsafe levels and a safety pressure switch kill the compressor.
all other fans will work.
do not use a hi power pressure washer because it would bend the tiny aluminum strips and cause you more troubles.
if this don't work you are going to have to call a pro to take care of it.
