Unplug from the mains. Lower the drain hose into a floor drain or a pail. You should be able to open the door. If not, run another quick wash cycle. The level switch should work now.
Hi,
Please reload the washer with dry clothes and attempt to wash them as normal. If the weight is distributed evenly, then the unbalanced-signal should go away once the wash starts.
Thank you.
Hi,
Please try clearing sequences by rotating the cycle dial counter-clockwise a bit before starting a new cycle. The reset should then allow your newly chosen cycle to work.
Thank you.
Hi,
the error relates to a motorspeed sensing error. I would advise you to get the washer serviced via maytag since there are multiple portions breaking down. You can call Maytag to get this done and learn about the actuators potential links to the machine's issues: 1 (800) 344-1274
Thank you.
You will have to call a person that repairs major appliances to have a look and see what the problem is. There could be something wrong with your washing machines controls for the door not to open at all. Or the door latch could be the problem and the motor.
Much better! Question edited for clarity, but not so much as the last one :>D
Check the switch operation with a multimeter. You are testing for continuity with door open and no continuity with door closed or vice versa depending on how they wired it.
Or you have a failed control board or a bad capacitor on it. The dim lights are the clue on that one.
