I do not have experience with milk or chocolate, but for coffee and tea, at the end of a brew cycle, the green light should flip to the MANUAL light. For the next 30 seconds you have the option to press and hold the start button, to force more hot water through the pod into your cup. Give this a try to purge the pod of it's goodies!

The float that detects the water level might need freeing up. Or, assuming detachable water container, ensure that it is seated fully. Lift it up a bit and guide it down firmly. If it's not that, try unplugging the machine for about 5 mins. and see if it resets to normal operation.

Same problem, used descaler as instructed and all was solved and brewing back to normal:)

Hi the top light is orange but the bottom light is flashing red and only a bit of water will come out then it stops

Please read this if your red descaling light won't turn off: Key is to follow directions. When you fill the tank with water to descale add 500 cc - no more. The machine "knows" that the cycle ends when water runs out. Once water runs out the red light will turn off. Continue with cleaning the tank and running a cleaning cycle. The red light is gone and you are good to go.

A clog in the machine?

Hi,my friend had one of these and they sied that if the coffee pots are not inserted or they are the wrong ones his lid didnt close iver,hope this was some help.

prepare machine for use first. half-fill water tank, switch on unit and insert yellow TDisk (service disc) barcode down. Close the locking unit securely loud click, press green light repeat these steps 3 times. After that you will have the stand by orange/amber. Remove the Service Disc and store in the recess behind the water tank, Insert a Coffee Disc, close the brewing unit with click and green light should be on. press and it should work.If not go to shop where pruchased. Warranty.

The water tank at the rear must make a proper seal. Make sure it is clean and lubricate with Vaseline. The cup tray also catches drips so remove it and empty any water into the sink.

I have the same problem. It works for one coffee after it's been switched off for an hour or two.
I calle Tassimo and they are sending out a new one!

If the manual for the model you have is not available, just read one of the manuals descale sections to refresh your memory, I know I forget how in between descaling sessions

the unit needs to be descaled. order the clean tablets from Tassimo and follow the steps as printed in your owners manual as an alternative you can use any good quality espresso cleaner but DO NOT USE VINEGAR as this could damage the boiler...

unplug unit and throughly clean unit, especially the bar code reader window. Take apart the piercing nipple assembly and make sure it is not clogged either. Use the cleaning disk and descale the unit quarterly as this prevents build ups in the brewing system

I found that my local appliance parts place (Reliable Parts) had them for about $7 each which was quite a bit less than ebay sellers and direct from Tassimo. (Make sure yours is not hiding in its slot on the back of the machine.)_

I have the same problem, I have been totally unable to clean the fog completely, instead I rub a tiny bit of cooking oil on it and it clears and will read barcodes again. Only a short term fix though.

Hello Margaret , Dont panic i got my machine yesterday and used twice and this happened, I just read about circuit boards ect and thought oh great but i turned machine off at wall and then turned back on pressed the one button and let it flash red without touching it walked off for a couple of minutes when got back it had turned green .... I am now sitting writing this with a lovely cuppa . I think i am going to try not turning it off at the wall just keep it on all the time and see how that goes . I hope this helps x
