i just found out that e3 means voltage problems. i plugged my into a place i knew would have enough voltage and it started right up with ac
How do u reset temp, everytime i set it to 63 it
I think you will find that when you set the temperature, you are setting it to its lowest or ideal setting for you. When it jumps back its jumping to the temperature within its own guage reading, ie the second temperature is what it is at the moment. then it endeavers to lower that temperature to the one set by yourself. if you run the machine and keep an eye on it you should find that "jumped back" reading slowly reducing. I hope that helps(its what i,ve found anyway)
Plug gets red hot on A.C. after 1/2 hour running.
Local hardware store would have replacement plugs and yes that would help the situation out. But the problem may lie inside the actual outlet also. So you may want to investigate the problem alittle more unless you have already done so
Delonghi cf210 when setting temp it dosnt give any heay
just bought one.It looks like the thermostat has problem. Set at 78 F, it runs forever and the room temp is 72F. Set at 79F, it runs, room temp shows 73 F, sometimes 75F or 77F. The Ac is on then off every 5 minutes even the desired temp (is set) reached. Lousy machine.
Is this thing working?
I had the same problem...I was going to get rid of the unit...I notice that tha red light on the little screen on the top was on...then I closed the tray (all this time I though it was closed) all the way and the red light went off and the unit started cooling! I hope this may help you.
What kind of stupid "warrantee" is that?
This is why I ask if there is local warranty service for anything that I buy, especially if it is very heavy to ship.
To ship the air conditioner, you will have to get the proper box and packing. There are transport companies that will ship it for you.
You will find one interesting thing about shipping an air conditioner. Because of the size and weight, the cost of shipping will probably come to about the cost of servicing it by an independent refrigeration service center if there are no major parts involved.
When shipping an air conditioner you will have to ship it insured. If you don't insure it, and if it is dropped or smashed you will have no re-coarse to have any compensation for it. This will also add to the cost.
At my location here in Canada, DeLonghi has an almost local service. I once tried to call them, and they are very poor at answering the phone to respond to questions.

Need AC for Server Room
I find it amazing that in this day and age IT manager will still scrimp on there server room environmental systems! It must not be that critical! Anyways you'll be better off with a split type unit correctly sized for your server room. Toshiba now have small units that can pump up to 50 meters away if needed. the key is to have it correctly sized!
How to i get th case of a delonghi model pacan125hpec open?
:To open the case of a DeLonghi model PACAN125HPEC, locate the screws on the back of the unit and remove them. Once the screws are removed, carefully lift the back panel, being careful not to damage any of the internal components. The case should then open and you can access the internal components.
Delonghi hifi heater keeps beeping control board green light
So, it sounds like your Delonghi hifi heater is giving you some trouble, man. The constant beeping and the green light on the control board, it's like it's trying to tell you something. My guess is that there's something funky going on with the thermostat. The beeping is probably the heater's way of saying it can't maintain the desired temperature because the thermostat isn't working properly. And the green light, it's like the heater is still getting power and trying to do its thing, but the thermostat is holding it back.
One thing you could try is checking the thermostat settings and making sure they're all good to go. If the settings are chill, but the problem persists, it might be time for a new thermostat. You could also try unplugging the heater for a bit and then plugging it back in, see if that helps reset the system.
If all else fails, it's best to reach out to Delonghi's customer service or maybe even a professional technician to take a look and give it a tune-up. It's not always easy to fix these things ourselves, so don't be afraid to ask for help.
