I doubt you will find any that work---no one so far has--Google for a replacement remote other than the universal.

No sound

There are only two easy possible reasons:

1) IF it has a earphone jack of some kind it may be damaged or bad.

2) Place your ear to the speaker and turn the sound all the way up to see if you hear anything.

If not a problem with a earphone jack or a bad speaker it will not be economical to repair---for this size set better to just replace it.

TV will not come on with remote or power button

The following instructions are for the Emerson EWC1303/1903 tv/vcr. That's the closest match I could find to the Spongebob Squarepants 13' TV
If it's actually in Sleep mode, do the following:

TO CANCEL THE SLEEP TIMER
Press the WAKE UP/SLEEP button on the remote
control until “SLEEP TIMER” appears.
To view the time left for sleep timer press the WAKE
UP/SLEEP button twice, then press the MENU button
on the remote control to exit the sleep timer setting

If unsuccessful, try unplugging the TV for 1/2 hour, then plug it in and try turning it back on either manually or with the remote. Either of these should solve your problem. Best of luck to you!

To replace it you have to open the TV. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. Do a search by type in the brand name of your device at its search box.

I want to turn on video for playing games and lost the remote.

Hard with the Emerson name to say who actually made this set but they have a long history of using oddball codes so you may be stuck with searching for the original remote, and I would expect a Universal will not program to work on this unit.

you might consider Google or Even EBAY for the right remote.
