Canono ir2016 system error E007

Fixing film has been displaced e007

Having too much paper in the paper tray will cause your printer to have more frequent paper jams and double printing. Make sure you fill the paper to the fill line. I usually recommend going a little below line. I would also recommend that there is no paper from your previous jams still stuck in there. That will cause it to jam up as well.

When I turn on it

The code refers to the heating mechanism of the upper fuser roller. try going into service mode by pressing, "additional functions", then "2" and "8" at the same time, and then "additional functions" again. (it can be a little tricky sometimes with this model) Select "copier", then "function", then "clear", and then select "err" or error from the list. press "ok" in the lower left of the touchscreen, and then cycle the power on the machine. If the code does not clear you could have bad thermistors.

System error E.007

Hi, are you sure that you have clc 1140 Copier? Because E007 isnt clc 1140 error code. These error code is related to machines with teflon folie, in newer date b&w copiers.

These error means that copier cant see fixing folies mark, and only that you can do is to replace fixing film ( folie ).
