Toner Motor fault

try ti clear this error from the service mode first

First check for a toner bottle that isnt installed right. FOR SURE.

If ok then One of the toner motors has failed. Motor 9 and 10 should be replaced. BOTH motors. If error goes away you got lucky! Usually when one of the motors goes it take out fuse 15 on the dc controller. Also if you replace dc controller with out replaceing the burnt motor, the bad motor will blow the fuse again on the dc cont. So its best just to replace both motors.

M9 is the usual suspect.

 hello i m ramy,first  replace the toner bottle, second check the hopper motor connection,
 hopper motor unit gears.
or test if there 24 vdc .to the motor
