You just simply need to set the time and date and you will be set to go and not see this come up again. It can be done in the setup menu on your camera.

Where is apulture, iso, shutter speed options present in camera
This is one of the biggest drawbacks of a point&shoot camera. You're expected to point the camera and shoot the picture without worrying about minor details like aperture and shutter speed. You can select the ISO by pressing the FUNC/SET button in the shooting mode and then selecting ISO (third item from the top along the left edge of the screen). You can control the aperture and shutter speed somewhat by changing the scene mode. For example, the portrait mode will try to give you a wide aperture, the landscape mode will try to give you a small aperture, and the sports mode will try to give you a fast shutter speed. If you want to take your photography above and beyond the point&shoot level then you need a more capable camera.
Where is tv mode
If you are refering to the 'shutter priority mode' on the camera, this model does not have this option. There is only the following:-Auto -Manual-Scene-Movie
No sound when doing a video
The A420 does not record sound. You can add a soundtrack using video editing software on a computer, but you cannot record one on this camera.
WHY WONT SANDISK SDHC WORK IN MY POWERSHOT A420
Your camera is designed to work with SD or MMC cards.
SD and SDHC cars look similar. But older cameras cannot recognize SDHC cards.
Use a SD card instead. (I know, the capacity is the problem!)
During the day when pics
This sounds like an over exposure problem. Ensure the camera is set to automatic as it may have been inadvertently set to over expose when in manual mode.
I'm not able to connected
SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use ZoomBrowser or any other photo cataloging program.
