Jabra BT350 Bluetooth Headset Headset - Page 6 Questions & Answers
How do i pair the BT350 with my razor?
First make sure the headset is off. The press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on. Then make sure the bluetooth is activated on the razor and go into the razo menu and use the discover or add bluetooth device. Your phone will then locate the headset and ask if you want to pair/connect with it and click yes. Then you will need to enter a pass key/pin of "0000". After this your phone should automatically pair with the headset.
Jabra red light of death
seeing the red light tells you that the jabra isn't fried or shorted and that there is life but there is a problem, the red light isn't blue when it should be. so have you read the directions your ear piece came with when you first bought it?... hold the on button until you see the blue light stays on.(blue light will flash fast then slow then come to a complete stop and stay on) once blue light stays on that should mean you can now find the ear piece on your cell phone to link up. if problem still isn't fixed then you might as well buy a new one.
Phone won't connect to Jabra
I'm going to say what you already know its your jabra. it has gone to jabra heaven. Iv gone threw 3 of these in 2 years it doesnt take much to damage them scents the electronics are so delicate and small I lost one due to dropping it one because it got to much moisture (I took it to the shower with me and laid it on the counter and the steam killed it when I was done it no longer worked ) and one my 10 year old son sat on in my car it was DOA by the time I got him to school. Im sorry that I could not help you revive it in some way but i hope that I was at least helpful.

With the power off:
1) press and hold the volume down button, which is the closest one to the mic
2) with that button held, simultaneously press and hold down the power button until the blue led flashes.
This will deactivate the vibrate function and it should stay
deactivated until you power up the headset with the volume up button
pressed and held in during power up
Will not charge
My bt350 had similar issue. I looked "down" into the charge port (the "socket" at the fat end, where the cord plugs in), and saw that I had bent one of the "tines" (the little metal "wires") down.
I pried it up with a straightened out paperclip, being VERY careful not to touch two wires at the same time, just in case. Once I got it bent back straight, it charges like normal, though I admit I am very careful when plugging it in, now.
Hope that helps; best of luck! :-D
Jabra BT350 bluetooth
While the headsetis off, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds. It will first blick the light in several patterns, all in blue. Finally, it will come on solid blue, no blinking. It is now ready to be paired. Once your phone/PDA has detected it, the passkey /should/ be 0000, as in zero zero zero zero. That should do it. Best of luck! :-D
