Not a lot of info to go on. If it's a mechanical problem, you might need to bring it in for professional servicing. You can try a small amount of denatured alcohol around the button to see if it cleans up any residue that might be causing the problem. Put some on a cotton swab and rub it around the perimeter of the button.

This camera has an internal storage capacity of 16.0 MB. That isn't much. But, it also has a slot for an SD memory card, which is capable of storing far more data than the camera's built-in memory. If you don't have one, go get a good quality, high-capacity SD card and install it in your camera according to the instructions. You should be able to store all kinds of pics and videos. But keep in mind that even the SD card has a limited amount of storage capacity, so you'll need to download the card to your computer now and again and re-initialize the card, or buy another when it gets full.

KODAK doesn't sell battery doors for any of their models.

A repair for this fault is 24,47 pounds + shipping to the repair centre.
If you already have the battery door; I suggest you will have a local camera TECH to attach the door to the unit.

Use a card reader to copy pictures from the computer.The camera is designed to capture pictures for ultimate transfer to a computer. It's not really intended to receive pictures from a computer. Thus the camera's data transfer capabilities are designed to go one way. To go the other way you need to use some other device, such as a card reader.Be aware that if the pictures were taken by a different camera, or have been edited in any way, then the camera may not display the pictures. Opening a picture in a photo editing program and saving it without making any changes counts as editing.

Hello, I assume you mean the battery door has been broken. You may find one on E-Bay as parts, type a search for "kodak Easyshare C143" and it should list all available items, scroll down and you will probably find one.
