Yes it is true machine will print because its maybe need some type of repairing or the machine is not a printer of a photocopy

Try this approach:1. Uninstall your existing printer driver. On your computer, go to Start menu > Programs > Lexmark X5600 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. After the uninstall process, reboot your pc when prompted.2. When your pc turns on, check if your Windows 7 is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. On your computer, go to Start menu > right-click on Computer > click on Properties. Take note of the System Type.3. Use the link below to download and re-install the corresponding printer driver for your operating system:- Lexmark X5650 Printer Driver for Windows 7 32-bit- Lexmark X5650 Printer Driver for Windows 7 64-bitSimply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.4. To re-install the Lexmark OCR scan software, insert the printer software installation CD in your pc CD-ROM drive.5. Click on Install > Install Additional Software > select the Lexmark OCR Scan Software > continue with normal installation steps.
Then try to create a PDF or Scan and Edit text (OCR) to verify that the problem is fixed.

The problem with XP is that its not support by any new printers. However, you may be able to use the universal HP PLC5 driver to run the Lexmark.. According to Lexmark windows XP is a supported OS for this printer. Go to the Lexmark site, support and download the driver. Here is the link

Hi,

I assume you meant a Lexmark Z735 printer.

This is an older printer, but the printer may work with Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate. You can try to install the driver for Windows Vista, BUT MAKE SURE you install the correct driver for your system. Check to see if you have a 32 bit or 64 bit system and install the appropriate driver. Check this link first:

You should uninstall the current driver first.

You should change font in your text processor. Priter only prints as you format your text in your computer

You likely have a failed ID chip on the cartridge. If you purchased recently and it is OEM I would contact lexmark to complain. They should replace failed cartridges that are not at end of life. If you purchased a reman or 3rd party, go after the vendor.

If you are getting a jam and there is no paper visible then a likely cause is a false jam that is caused when the paper is not picked up from the tray at the start of printing. Send a print job and listen closely. If you can hear the pickup rollers turning but no paper is being pulled into the printer then either the rollers are dirty or are worn and need to be replaced. Trying printing from a different tray or the manual feed tray to eliminate a fault with a different component on the printer.
