the best thing I have found to try is fantastic. It will clean the keys, i remove mine clean them and place them back once the keys are removed, i blow off the key board with can air, but becareful to replace the keys correctly or you will have a hard time typing. Be careful with the space bar, and other long keys as they have special mounting.

A wired keyboard is far cheaper than ruining your wireless keyboard.

Hi Generally speaking the operating system will recognise both mice if the wireless dongle and the wired mouse are both plugged in, but I would recommend unplugging the wired mouse and plugging in the dongle for the wireless mouse before powering on the computer. It is possible it is the computer not the keyboard. Try a USB one in a different port. try swapping the mouse an keyboard connections.

If you have downloaded the soft ware from logitech and have run it then do so, mine would not connect until I did that, also recycle the on / off switch, If that does not work, contact Logitech, they should be able to help you.
