According to the Logitech website, this is a Quickcam Messenger, model V-UAS14 it uses software and driver support named QuickCam 8.4.8. It's in the table on the linked page. At the bottom of the page is a matrix of software and windows versions. Unfortunately, that particular software is only for Windows 98, ME, 2000, & XP 32bit.
