you are going have to use the tv to search the internet for the logitech website try install the into the memory storage area in the tv or you mite have put the software or program installation software on a flash drive and plug it into usb plug on the tv. if that fail i have another idea try itunes see if they have generic drive that will work with the keyboard. go to logitech website or tv website and post the same question to the forum members for help. good luck rod

this is in resonse to malware high jacker. the OP mixed 2 wireless mice and keyboard/ mouse technologies, this will never work 1: bad batteries 2: use the drives form logitech or Microsoft only. 3: use the correct receiver, (they have 2 mixed and is dead to rights WRONG that) 4: RTM read the manual. dah"? the mouse is 2011 the keyboard 2400 has mouse too and is 2006 made the cure is kick the old keboard to the curb and use any wired keyboard and then connect only the receiver from that new 2011 mouse. it will plug and play. ok. (but is VISTA so gee, maybe not) my guess is old 2400 mouse died and bought the wrong mouse, that well never work with the 2400 parts ever.(mixed technology wirless) Logitech m325

It sounds like the mouse broke when you dropped it. You might want to check the warranty.

With all the problems I had with my K 350, if I were you I would return it and get a little higher grade. I used the K 350 and finally threw the mouse out. The keyboard still works (I think) My track balls are several years old and work fine. Good Luck

just yours. at home are you./ to test wifi try other devices. cell phones PC TV if all fail you wifi router is messed up. if ethernet wired, fails too,then you ISP service is bad, call them.

I use a Optical Trackman from Logitech and have foound that the contacts on the left click get dirty and won't work right or work partially. Especially frustrating when trying to highlight or shoot on FPS games. I took mine apart, just the housing , the electrics stay , and cleaned as well as I could , then blow it out with canned air. Got mine working again. My guess would be dirt or that button is worn out. Logitech has discontinued many of the Trackballs so a replacement may not be possible
