Sorry if this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but you should search the Tech portion of Micro Innovation's site, or simply Google something like Micro Innovation Internet Access elite Keyboard with a USB PS/2 Converter driver. IF YOU Google it, be careful of driver sites! They often have misleading download buttons, meaning you see what you THINK is the button to download your driver, but it downloads something else instead (that might be a pain to get rid of). If you download a driver, ALWAYS save it to your Downloads folder and double-click on it from inside File Explorer instead of letting it install directly from the site. Good luck!

Is there a switch on the bottom to turn it off after use so the batteries don't die out so quickly? You may need to replace the batteries and learn to use that switch.

The mouse probably turns off to save battery. That would be my first guess.

Yoour PC may also have malware, causing the cursor to jump (but that does not usually cause the double-click problem)

goto accessory on programms click on keypad and use the key on screen to use the (at) button.

Where the USB dongle is stored there is a button with a lock icon, press it and the cover pop out on the top of the mouse. If not this type, then below the LED on the top center of the mouse is a ribbed / grooved area that you press and slide the top back half of the mouse body (cover) to expose the batteries.

Go to the control panel, in control panel you will see mouse, click on that and you will be able to set reaction times speed click times and all the mouse settings.

Make sure you have the latest drivers from the logitech website.

Also, make sure that the receiver is within a reasonable proximity of the mouse. I have also found that I get interference if I have placed the receiver near my speakers.
