on the pdf document there will be images of printer , magnifier +,- you may have to put the cursor on the document to get them to show depending on the document some times the printer is at the top of the document you use the printer icon on the document and not the printer icon not on the document

It seems that you upgraded from windows xp. If you know how to change the resolution that might cure the problem. Windows 10 doesn't work very well with older video cards. The interface is different so it is a bit difficult to guide you with instructions to adjust the video resolution

Now THIS is an old school problem. Way back, memory resident space was assigned to help with IO operations. This error happens when there's not enough memory to complete an operation with a given piece of hardware. I haven't seen this in ages! It has to do with IRQs. I assume you're dealing with a custom legacy application on your POS equipment, or whatever you're using is taking an older approach to getting things done.
