I love TCPMP. It plays anything I could through at it. Go to http://picard.exceed.hu/tcpmp/test/ and download click the tcpmp.palmos.0.72RC1.zip link. You will also need the additional plugins. I recommend at least ffmpeg (video decoder for just about everything).
The project has been discontinued and will be rereleased as BetaPlayer, but there isn't much information about that project yet. But for now, TCPMP is the best solution on the Palm TX.

We have three TX's in our family with non-working power buttons. I downloaded the program Au Dodo http://www.freewarepalm.com/utilities/audodo.shtml and simply now use the far left button (button 1) as my 'power' button. It works wonderfully.

I haven't found out how to fix the calibration problem, but power on/off has been totally fixed. Good luck for you.

Hi there,Well are you using a screen protector? Have you tried removing it? Check the edges of the screen to clear out an junk that may be lodged in between the screen and the casing. Let me know if it wasn't solve your problem.Regards
