PCM mode is a digital audio file that should be sent to the soundbar via an optical or coaxial digital audio cable. The coaxial digital audio cable uses an RCA plug but not the L/R stereo channels of analog audio. The aux input is usually the 3.5 MM cable from a computer, CD or MP3 player or a cell phone or tablet. First, which type of RCA cable is connected between the sound bar and the TV? Second, are you sure that the TV connection is an audio out? (A number of recent TVs have only one audio output. This means there is only the optical audio out and not even a headphone jack.) Once you double-check the input at the sound bar, choose the Line In input if you are using the stereo RCA cable. If you are using the Optical input, select that input. Use either the Mode button or the specific input button on the remote. Then double-check that the TV is set for the appropriate audio out. I hope this helps. Do you use the same cable to charge your device on computer and wall socket? If not that might be your problem. It might show that it’s charging but actually there’s no power supplying to the battery. If it is the same cable try another USB socket your motherboard or driver could start causing problems so I would suggest to try the cable you use on the wall socket on another computer if possible.

Normally the turntable is connect to the amp via phono inputs on back (RCA connectors) the tape out to equalizer and equalizer out to tape in on amp. The equalizer does not have phono preamp. The equalizer may not clean up record scratches ,or pops or record track noise. good luck

That is a sign that the capacitors that filter the power supply ripple are bad. There is no schematic for it but if you have it unplugged and you take it apart, you can see where the power cord comes into the unit and goes to the power supply board. There should be a transformer nearby. There is usually a board that has some semiconductors on it as well as capacitors. The capacitors need replaced.

What the picture doesn’t show are the 4 thin color coded wires traveling from the cartridge through the tone arm and down to the amplifier. More than likely your white wire is ground. Your record player (turntable) has a ceramic cartridge. The picture shows a magnetic cartridge. The wiring is basically the same except for ground wire.

Barring a bad connection or a switch, there are integrated circuits called OP AMPS that can fail. There is no outward sign of failure, you need a signal tracer etc to find it.
