Color calibrate registration cl7200
Never ever do a memory clear all on a color unit. As you discovered it changes all the color registration values. This is a very, very complicated adjustment and very time consuming. I am a color expert and have been for 25 years now. Unless youre a trained tech youll never figure it out. spend 120 bucks and call a technician sorry..

I
In Windows 7, you can right click on the printer under Devices and Printers, then select "Printer properties" (not "Properties"), then under "Device Settings" you can set the "Duplex Unit" to "Installed". Afterwards, you can go back to "Printing Preferences"->"Finishing"->"Print on Both Sides"->Print on Long/Short Edge.

Replace Color Dev. Unit (Type B) alert
You stated message said replace dev units. Why did you replace the PCU's? There is a difference. The color pcu's can go into any color slot but the deverloper units can only go in one slot. The dev units have a u shaped green plastic part on the front of them and just slide out. The pcus have a little lever and have to be released.

I have two black dots printing out on my Ricoh
You have to measure the distance between dots, to see where is the problem. Probably there is a problem with black drum unit, or teflon plate in fusing section. Call for service please

How difficult is it to replace a fuser unit on a
This has got to be the easiest fuser I have ever replaced! While facing the front of the machine, open the left side - it should slide out. Then open the upper handle, it will swing down. The item sitting there withe the green handle is the fuser. Just lift the fuser out. Installation is the reverse. There are no wires or connectors to mess with!.

I have very large magenta
Color streaks are typically caused by the photoconductor unit (which contains the drum) for that specific color, so your most likely solution is to replace the magenta and yellow photoconductor units. For the CL7200, all 3 color photoconductors come in one kit, EDP #402305. Replacing the magenta and yellow PCUs will more than likely get rid of your streaks.
If you replace the PCUs and one or both of the streaks are still there, you'll need to replace the developer units (EDP #402306) but I'd be very surprised if the new photoconductor units don't get rid of the streaks.
The reason you're not getting a "replace PCU" or "replace developer unit" message is because those messages only come up after a preset number of copies; they have nothing to do with the actual image quality and condition of the units.
If you want to make sure the photoconductor units are the problem, swap the yellow or magenta PCU with the cyan PCU (since that one isn't giving you streaks) temporarily, and see if you start getting cyan streaks instead of the other color. If that happens, you can be sure it's the PCU causing the problem.

Error sc545, how to solve?
sounds like you have a fuser error code to reset hit clear modes (yellow button) 1-0-7 then the clear (orange) button continue holding down until screen changes once you are in .. turn copier off.. if there is nothing wrong the problem should go away. if there is another problem with copier it will come back make sure everything is closed all doors and covers and the fuser is pushed all the way in.
