Hello, Try with default ID and password "admin", and "4321". This particular model doesn't have a reset button, so the only way to reset it is by contacting Samsung who will then give you the reset method.

step one on all lap/note books, remove the huge now bad shorted battery and PC runs on AC power pack just fine. #1 all time failure is that big battery, is bad. short lived all. so... remove it.
