Go to this page, select your part number, and see if there is a driver suitable for your platform. By changing the 'Select download type' dropdown menu, you'll notice that there are other items to be downloaded for your dongle there too, like user manual, etc.

this message, limited or no connectivity comes if ur not entering the correct key for ur wirless network

open the sms wireless utility, delete ne profiles if created, try to connect to ur house network and enter the key correctly

Most hardware like an Network Adaptor you install the software CD 1st. Then plug in the hardware.

Then if you configured wireless (wifi, 802.11) settings on your SMC - you should fine the network NAME when you try to connect. You will be asked for the security key for WEP or WPA or WPA2 that you used in the SMC.

SMC should... then assign IP Settings automatically. If the SMC has Internet, you should have Internet.

If that doesn't work go to SMC.com click the support tab and follow the instructions.

It shows that your wireless router and wireless adapters are both working. One thing to try is changing your wireless channel. Since you are already using 11, try maybe 1 or 9. Check if your SMC adapter will pick up the wireless signal.

By the way, how far is your computer (using the SMC adapter) to your wireless router?
