My TV won't turn on
Ur tv have LED front panel power indicator light blinking?Or completely dead,no LED light indicator at all?Check ur power outlet source.Yes,than ur power supply board it dead.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Hi,
Soyo TV's are New to LCD's. The List that Comcast Officially Publish DO NOT have Soyo's TV Listed in it. This Simply means that as of Now Soyo's TV's are not Compatible with Comcast Remote Control. You need to Check for New Remote Control which would have Soyo's listed under their Database. This is a Common Problem with all Universal Remote Control.They used to be sold as Universal, however, in real meaning, they are NOT. They are ONLY compatible or used with the TV's that they are Programmed for. You might have Seen, the initial remote control that we introduced had 3 Digits Code, then comes 4 and now Most of them have 5 Codes. So, Database is increasing.It's so sad, that these Remotes are Outdated within 2 or 3 Years on Introduction into the Market.

Cant find where the ac plug plugs in to TV
The power jack is the back of the TV (separate from the rest of the input and output jacks) on the lower left hand side. If I'm reading the picture correctly, this should be in a separate block below the Audio/Video inputs.

Not working at all~
Customer support is not much help, but they did say that it sounded
like either the power supply ($150) or the inverter on the screen
($450) could be defective. They say they'd be happy to sell me the
parts if I needed them if I called the RMA dept at 909.292.2513. Someone around here also suggested all getting
together for a class action suit since this seems to happen to a ton of
people with this model. I'll definitely be looking into that as well.

I cannot get reception. The screen reads
If you still have a good functioning remote , try the following:
Press the source key located near the middle of the remote between the exit and the menu keys, press it once at a time, it will take you through the different input sources and evetually get you back to channel control.

My tv has no picture no sound
I had pushed wrong buttons on tv and the sound was not coming from the bell receiver so I removed the card and cleaned it and the sound came on . also the unit was a dylto32c but this was the closest make & thank you for responding --- all is working
