put an "H" after the extension in the voicemail, i.e. 200H, you have to put in your #656 #657 codes into the phones to integrate the voicemail. #656 91, ext of voicemail pilot, hold #657 92, ext of voicemail pilot, speed dial button (program one on the phone if it doesnt already have it), enter the number of seconds before the phone should forward to voicemail, i generally do 16, hold. that should fix that!

intercom # 409 should clear it, if it doesnt, press the message key and if it rings another phone make sure that phone picks up the handset and answers the call.

press the cnf/trn button dial an extension or an outside line and hit the button again after that call connects.

you have to hit redial when you're done.

Sounds like you have two seperate line groups programmed in the system, Program 32 " Automatic Preference " controls the lines the phone will automatically be connected to when the telephone handset is taken off hook or the Spkr button is used.

If your voicemail is a Toshiba in-skin and your main greeting is under 991 mailbox then the last message you change before getting out of programming will be the active message so listen carefully to the prompts and make sure that your new message is the active one when leaving programming. Redial, speed dial enter the code(60- 99) for system speed dial
(10- 49) for personal speed dial. enter the phone number or the number you want to program then press redial.

Does your speaker work? can you use your speaker phone? if not replace the phone and call foward your phone to voice mail.

These has to be programmed to ring your will need to csll your local dealer to come and program these phones to ring.

if you go to the phone where the problem press intercom#621 then press the # key then press 1 to erace everything on the screen the press speaker or hangup.

The phone needs to be fowarded to voice mail. go to the phone press intercom# 604, dial the voice mail extension number , press the speed dial button, enter 16 for time then press redial

pcou card is a trunck card for old toshiba phone system.

go to the phone where the light is flashing press intercom #409. you may have to do that more than once. Keep doing it until the light goes out.
If the phone system is a DK 8 orDk16 press intercom 409 this will cancel the message waiting light that could have been cativated by a different extension.

to mute while you are on a conference call, the has to be on speaker then push the mic buttonto turn it off.

The Phone has to be replced or sent out for repair. It's a hook switch problem. It's Cheaper to just the phone off Ebay.

Wow, an oldie but a goodie. A DK-424 with 10 button sets....doesn't quite seem right, but the card is a 4-port trunk card (C.O.) without Auto Busy Redial.

Your base cabinet 424 can expand to 16 trunks and 32 phones in that cabinet.

Time delay is default at 12 sec ( 4 ring cycles )
