Qwestar QC280 10-Disc CD Changer
Hello there, the back light being dim on your remote controller is likely caused by a variety of factors. The first and most likely being a low battery, the problem could also have been caused by the led bulbs being weak and finally the 6 pin din connector cable. A search could not turn up anything on your user manual but i am still checking if anything turns up on that i would let you know.
Hope this support has ben helpful?
Thank you for visiting FixYa.
No Connection
make sure that all the cables are fully inserted to the cd changer and the modulator, also, the remote has a reset button press it, remove power all together including the memory line that will reset the player, if not you better contact the manufacturer's customer service, I had a similar problem with mine and the problem was caused by excessive vibration to the player, since it was under warranty I returned to the factory and they send me a new one, no more problems after that, that happenned 3 yrs ago, now days mine is drawing too much current and kills my car's battery after a week or so, I'm now using a 5 amp fused cigarrete lighter connector to power the player but only while the car is running every time it starts with disc one because the memory gets erased every time I plug it in, I do make sure to disconnect it 2 or 3 minutes before I turn off the engine
good luck
Remote Control
Same problem here. Have you tried the web site www.rmeco.net for help? The LCD on these rust out and fail. Does not appear to be serviceable.
Will not play, says reading
Hello,
how long have you been using the player? And has it been giving you this type of problem before now?
I
think the fault is from the laser (lens) of your player. The lens is
very weak such that it cannot read the data or files on a disc, that's
why its showing no valid disc.
You need to look for a way to replace the lens for your player so that it can play all discs perfectly well again.
Take care.

No sound from wireless headphones in a toyota sienna
First thing to do is check to make sure that the batteries are properly charged.
Second, make sure that you have a clear line-of-site to the IR transmitter. Infrared (IR) works the same way that your TVs remote control works - if the signal is blocked, then you will not hear any sound.
Third, make sure that you are in the rear seat of the vehicle when listening to the sound. The IR transmitter only transmits to the rear seat, so you will not hear any sound if you are sitting in the front seats. This is a common problem that i see.
Lastly, make sure that the heapdhones you purchased are compatible with your 2006 2007 2008 2009 or 2010 Toyota Sienna. Remember that some older models require RF headphones, not IR headphones. I checked http://www.audiovideo2go.com for compatibility before I purchased my headphones. They have a useful listing of all the headphones and models of vehicles they are compatible with.
