You can try using DISM:

Type in at the prompt OR Copy and Paste these one at a time : (Hit enter after each)
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Also run the System File Checker utility:

n that case, you can manually "Pin to Quick access" the folders you want again.
Step 1: Open File Explorer from your computer.
Step 2: Type in the code below in the search menu and press Enter to open the recent folders.

I have this problem since last 24 hours, I spend around 6 hours to resolve this issue, visited a lot of websites, watched a number of Youtube videos to resolve this.
Finally google has redirected me to FIXYA & I got the answer. I would like to add something very important to it that, It is pretty much clear that you have to Turn off the NUM LOCK button, But the Problem is that my Keyboard doesn't have that BUTTON on the first place. So What I did. I did as follows:
In Windows Search for "On-Screen Keyboard" Click to open it.
This will open Keyboard and there is NUM LOCK BUTTON ON THE Extreme Right Bottom of the Keyboard, Just Click it to Turn it OFF.
I you do not have NUM LOCK button there then simply you have to activate NUM PAD by clicking on the OPTION buttons at the right bottom of the keyboard, and check the NUM PAD button to activate it and finally TURN OFF the NUM LOCK by clicking on it.

The AC adapter have two measure:

OE uses .dbx files, but probably not WLM. If you still have OE, try exporting your files and folders as .csr files and see if WLM can handle them.

SETTING UP A SHARED NETWORK PRINTER
Any printer that is
connected to a computer and is connected on a LAN can be configured so all
other computers on the same network can print to this printer. This means the
computer with the printer attached to it MUST be booted up at all times when
other computers want to access the printer.
You need to install the
printer driver on the computer and configure it as a Shared printer.
The other computers on the
network need to add this printer to their computer.
Follow these steps to
set-up a shared network printer -
1. Connect the printer to
the computer and install the printer driver.
2. Open Printers and Faxes - right click on this printer and click Sharing - click Sharing tab and click
Share this printer, and then if you wish you could change the
Share name, then click OK
3. Right click on the
printer - click Properties - click Print Test Page to confirm printer
installation.
Follow these steps to
configure the computers on your network :-
1. Open Printers and Faxes - click Add a printer - Next - select a network printer, or a printer attached
to another computer - Next.
2. Select Browser for a
printer - Next
3. Click on and expand the
Microsoft Windows Network down to the computer with the printer - Next
4. Select Yes for - Use

Method1:
Please follow the steps to run System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer:
1. Type "Control Panel" on the search box.
2. Click on Troubleshooting.
3. Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
4. Click on System Maintenance option.
5. Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.
Method 2: Run hardware and Device troubleshooter
1. Click on the Start button, and type "Troubleshooting" on the search bar.
2. Click on troubleshooting, then click on "Hardware and sound".
3. Under Hardware and sound, click on "hardware and devices".
4. A pop-up will appear, click on the "Next" button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

The Proscan PBTW274 smart watch does not have a memory card slot. There may be a memory card slot (SD, microSD) in the smartphone/tablet that you have synchronized with the smart watch. If you have a memory card in that phone, then you can use the smart watch app to send photos directly to the SD card instead of the main memory of the phone. The only documentation for the PBTW274 on the product site,
